These are just a few things you can learn about to empower your self to a sense of balance through looking at health with the 5 elements philosophy of life.

The Five Elements outside in nature are also inside of each of us ruling our organs and systems.



Our fire is heart, heart pericardium, small intestine and the triple warmer system
Our earth is stomach and spleen
Our metal is lung and large intestines
Our water is kidney and bladder
Our wood is liver and gall bladder.



It is important to keep all our elements in balance; they all feed into each other to support, build and create harmony.  That being said, if they are out of balance they can invade and destroy the harmony therefore causing disease.
